One Day At The🌾🌾 General Hospital🌿🌿.
It is not that I haven't been to a general hospital before, no I have, but the fact of always being the one that needed the care didn't give the luxury of what went on around.
listen to usYou see, recently I was at a general hospital and before my eyes I saw lives flip on and off. We had just rushed the one I could call the dearest relative of mine to the hospital, but let me save that for another time.
listen to usMy first emotional turbulence started with a woman, she had been on admission for a while, I suppose. This information I gathered after some hours, but you see despite treatment this woman wasn't responding as presently I was there. She kept moaning at intervals. I just thought what could be wrong, why was she crying that much because you require no doctor to diagnose that she was really in pain.
listen to usNot too long again, a man walked in with different cuts, the sight was an 🤕🤕🤕unwholesome sight to behold, it nauseated every form of humanity in me. What about when he had to be stitched, the walls around could not contain his wails, but you know what happened? This man had been involved in a serious fight. The nurses and doctors even jested that it served him right, but the cut was too severe. I hope he learns anyway.

My One day didn't come to an end with him, another lady was there. She happened to have walked in just about when we came in too, she had her lips all peeled with bruises and blood. What a sight to behold, I kept wondering what was wrong and how she got herself looking so fragile, because I thought she could break at any moment. Just like the first woman, I never got to know her diagnosis, but her case almost cost me tears😐😐.

I can't keep out of my remembrance also the leg with flesh peeled off, I walked in returning from the laboratory, got in and walked out almost immediately, the sight sent my head over the roofs. I saw a man's feet without flesh, it was just the insides of the leg. He was just involved in an accident.
His wails also had a disturbing ring. It was impossible to stomach the sight. I cried a bit.
listen to usA lot, of patients kept sliding in and out because I can't forget the man vomiting blood or the woman who kept nodding her head to questions or the man with the severe ulcer pain. That man, I can't tell the magnitude of his pain🙁🙁, but he kept rolling off his sleeping place as the pains I believe must be unbearable for him.

I can't forget the sniper lady, she was rushed in unconscious😞😞. According to information from my going and coming, her children had to fleet the sniper insecticide for mosquitoes leaving the food uncovered and had mistakenly drop a few drops into their meal 😲😲. Imagine, she regained consciousness after some first aid, but she had to be referred to another hospital almost immediately.

Again, just where I was, trying to catch some sleep at the lobby after a long day with my travails. I heard crying, and I could sense a mother's agony from my sleep.
join our hubShe had rushed her almost dead son to the hospital. Well, he died after being placed on oxygen for a while. I went in to see him and that was when I thought maybe I should write about this experience of mine.
join our hubAmidst all this, the rats seemed to be here for treatment too. They were a lot. They kept roaming here and there, but for them, I think they were responding to treatment because they looked so healthy and vibrant.
Even the mosquitoes 🤣🤣🤣weren't left behind. You could come bearing a patient and become the patient if you weren't armored against their attacks.
As at when I wrote this, my one day wasn't over yet, I hadn't seen it all, don't forget I left out the part of whom I came here with. For him, I had detailed info. But his case was more severe, as his life kept dangling at intervals. I hope he gets well.
Well, I actually thought that was all and was intending to end my writing, but little did I know that more was to happen in less than 24hrs.
Just when I dropped my pen to stop my writing, I walked into the emergency ward and saw this pretty angel gasping for breath. She is an asthma patient. Her parents rushed her at like 3am in the morning. It was severe.
Can I forget the lady with the restlessness coupled with paralysis? Or the gentleman brought in dead. I didn't know that BID means being brought in dead until several rummaging in my brain. Gosh, the gentleman was adorable and the cries of his relatives were heartbreaking.
Oh, I almost forgot the girl who shouldn't be more than 7 years of age. Her blood count was just on 5% when I left😭😭😭😭. That baby was on oxygen and her mother had lost all hope hmmm. It is well.
This wasn't all I saw, but my hands cannot write all neither can my mouth speak of all it but deep down in my heart, I wished no one ever falls ill or anyone ever gets into anything this torturing.
